Terms & Conditions: 1.(a) The Client is the customer that is paying for the web design service; i.e. you. (b) The Product is the item and sub-items that are ordered by the client; i.e. the web site. (c) Facilities are all items that contribute to the workings of the product; i.e. hosting, access etc. 2. CCco reserves the right to terminate all facilities to the product if the terms & conditions are abused. 3. Whilst all care and attention is taken during the design and upload stages, CCco holds no responsibility for the corruption of content from outside sources. 4. CCco takes no responsibility for the legality of the Web site content. 5. If full payment is not received by the agreed date, CCco has the right to cancel the contract and terminate full facilities. 6. If full weekly/monthly/annual payment (where applicable) is not received within the agreed timescale CCco has the right cancel the contract and terminate full facilities. 7. Although the information provided by the client is copyright owned by the client, CCco owns full copyright of the actual material and design on display and therefore reserves the right to cancel (see 2). 8. CCco reserves the right to advertise at non-critical points within the product. 9. Your site will be displayed at a unique address during its design and construction phase. From the date of completion you will be granted 28 days to make your outstanding payments (if applicable). After the 28th day your site will be removed and an admin fee of £20 will be incurred. 10.If any payments are missed or returned there will be an added fee of £20 per transaction. 11.The name and logo CCco in any appearance is copyright © 2001-2 CCco. Termination of contract 12.Minimum contract term is 12 months. The contract will continue to run annually or biannually after the minimum contract term.
